discovered 2013/08/11.940 by F. Ciabattari, E. Mazzoni and G. Petroni (ISSP); Manfred Kliemke Found in IC 1296 at R.A. = 18h53m18s.45, Decl. = +33°03’52”.7 (near M57)
Located 5″ west and 8″ south of the center of IC 1296.
